RESILIENCE COACHING RESOURCES
- Corpus Resilience Coach OneDrive: Must be certified and use e-mail Corpus has on file for you to access.
- Corpus Leader Resilience Assessment: This paid assessment is the most comprehensive assessment in this category. Using this gives the leader a 360-degree view of how he is displaying the fruit of the Spirit as he navigates the challenges of leadership. Give the pastor this link. IBSA will reimburse the pastor for half of the cost of this assessment after they’ve paid Corpus, upon request.
- Corpus Pastor Wellness Check-In: This free assessment helps the leader get a quick assessment about their personal vitality.
- Emotional/ Experiential Audit: This free assessment helps a pastor process how he’s feeling and what he’s experiencing as he navigates the challenges of leadership.
- Saboteur Index: Use this free assessment to run an objective assessment to help a pastor determine if someone in the church is working to undermine the mission, and how serious the threat is. This can help determine if/how a pastor directly responds.
- Pastoral Transition Indicator: Use this free assessment only when a pastor is in severe turbulence while leading revitalization. This can help a pastor know if it’s time to step away, or if he needs to continue.
- NAMB Personal Assessment: This free assessment helps a leader analyze how he’s doing personally and how that impacts his ability to have an outward, missional focus.
- Pastor Prayer/Refreshment Retreats: PDF brochure you can give pastors about enjoying a personal prayer retreat free of charge from one of IBSA’s camps.
- Pathways Counseling Link: Click to get information for pastors about setting up counseling sessions through BCHFS Pathways. Each pastor or family member can receive up to six free sessions.
